Úriszéken kívüli bíráskodás a Csanádi Püspökség Makói Uradalmában

At the beginning of 18th century agricultural town Makó (oppidum) became incorporated into Bishopric Csanád. As a consequence, bishop-landowners obtained rights and obligations jurisdiction (impensio) over their serfs. In town, developing an economic administrative centre, outside Manor Courts (sedes dominalis) had existed from very beginning. Their aims were fast effective jurisdiction. Between 1717 1805 plenipotentiary representatives exercised this right. However, first decade 19th it was manor prosecutors (fiscalis) who discharged primary László Kőszeghi, bishop-landowner, at same time (1805) as organising estate Makó, also reformed he Courts.
